Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers join your stamp card by scanning a QR code or giving their name at the till — the card lives on their phone via the web, with nothing to install.
Visit-based or spend-based — which should I use?
Use visit-based (a stamp per visit) for cafés, salons, car washes and takeaways. Use spend-based (£1 = 1 point) where order values vary, like restaurants or retail. You can change it any time.
How many customers can I have for free?
The free tier covers up to 3 customers so you can try it properly. The £15/month plan removes the limit — unlimited customers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there is no contract, whether you pay monthly or yearly. To cancel, message us: you keep the tool until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it goes back to the free allowance. There are no refunds for unused months on a yearly plan.
